Thank you for your interest in Hummingsong Choirs. Our choirs are non-auditioned women’s choirs and anyone who loves singing and can sing in tune is welcomed. We believe that anyone genuinely interested in making music will be able to produce music of an exceptionally high standard if provided with the opportunity, proper training and support. Our choirs offer women a vibrant opportunity to sing for fun while nourishing their souls. To read more about us click here.

Hummingsong Choirs rely on volunteers to help manage various aspects of the choir, such as arranging concerts and fundraising. If you're keen to assist, please contact us.

FEES – AND WHAT THEY PROVIDE!

The membership fee is $220 per term and the choir operates during Public School Terms, which can range from 9 to 11 weeks, meaning this many rehearsals plus any performances.. Upon joining for the first time, there is a one-off registration fee of $40 that covers our administration costs and includes a beautiful, handmade performance flower brooch. 

Your fee includes:

• Your music

• MP3 recordings (download to your phone, laptop, or device)

• Extra rehearsals throughout the term, as required by specific performances

• A whole new group of friends and a weekly dose of pure joy

• And of course, most importantly, tea and bikkies in our break!
   

Fees are always paid in advance and are collected during the last two weeks of each term, when you will receive an invoice. Fees are payable via bank transfer only.
